What to expect when you call.
Office opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours, and on weekends and public holidays, Belvoir provides an emergency after-hours service.
If you reach an answering service after hours, the veterinary team may already be on another emergency call or actively dealing with an emergency. Leave a detailed message so the team can contact you and assist with your horse.
Three veterinarians and a veterinary nurse live on-site, providing an on-site presence for hospitalised patients and emergency arrivals. Emergency ambulatory care is also available.
